🌿 After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

🌿All orders are processed within 1-7 days once the custom piece is finished (Monday to Friday) and excluding holidays

🌿 To respect our zero waste policy no refunds or return are possible. However as the brand mission is to thoughtfully create unique items of great quality with the aim to be cherished forever we offer a one time possibility of returning the item to be repaired if damaged or to be altered.
